The VI-3003 is a 3-port IP switch with PoE. Its compact design and wide operating temperature range make it ideal for use in remote locations, including outdoors. The switch can be powered by PoE and itself supplies PoE to the connected end devices. The switch can also be powered locally. The VI-3003 can also be used in a cascade, connecting several locations, each with one end device, with just one cable.

CAUTION
Do not connect a non-PoE device to port 2 of the Vi3003. This may damage the non-PoE device. If you need to connect a non-PoE device to port 2, use a VI-0025 between port 2 and the RJ45 connector of the non-PoE device. The VI-0025 only forwards the data from the Ethernet connection and blocks the PoE on this line.
