The VI-20201 PoE surge protector protects 1G, 2.5G, 5G and 10G high-speed Ethernet networks from harmful voltage spikes and current surges. It offers compatibility with IEEE 802.3af/at/bt PoE standards and supports up to 95 W of power. Its compact design allows for DIN rail or wall mounting, making it ideal for confined installations such as camera enclosures, masts and industrial enclosures. The VI-20201 can be grounded via an integrated grounding screw or a shielded RJ45 cable connected to a grounded Ethernet port or a grounded DIN rail connection. It is designed for harsh environments, operates in a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C, and complies with the IEC/EN 61643-21 surge protection standard and EN 61000-4-5 Class 4 for testing immunity to surge voltages.
