This industrial media converter was developed specifically for applications with high data loads, such as video over IP or video streaming. The compact design, wide temperature range and high flexibility make this media converter ideal for remote locations. The media converter has a fixed 100BaseFX optical port for Singlemode fibres and two copper ports with 10/100TX, one of which serves as a PoE source, PSE according to PoE 802.3af/at up to a maximum of 60W. The media converter can be easily mounted on a DIN rail using the mounting accessories supplied.
