Networks can be automatically scanned and imported as manageable projects. These project features will be subject to a fee in the future.

Management

xNMS provides a centralized management platform for customers, projects, switches, and network topologies. Administrators can automatically discover active devices, visualize them in both list and topology views, and identify deviations from the documented infrastructure. Integrated WebGUI access enables direct access to the native management interface of individual switches without leaving the xNMS environment.

Configuration

xNMS centralizes switch configuration and allows administrators to manage individual devices or deploy changes across multiple switches simultaneously. Integrated modules support System Configuration, Port Management, PoE Management, VLAN Configuration, Security Settings, SNMP and SNMPv3 Management, Spanning Tree, MAC Address Monitoring, Maintenance, and Diagnostics. This ensures consistent and efficient configuration management across the entire network.

Integrated service tools support administrators in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructures. Diagnostic features such as Ping and Traceroute can be launched directly from the xNMS interface. Maintenance functions include backup, restore, reboot, factory reset, and configuration management. Reporting capabilities allow the export of device inventories and topology diagrams in formats such as PDF, JPG, and CSV.
